1. Program description

MauiiJackson Solutions LLC (“MauiiJackson Solutions,” “we,” “us”) sends conversational and informational text messages (SMS) related to your property inquiry, including: questions about your property, delivery and discussion of your cash offer, appointment and call scheduling, transaction and closing updates, and occasional follow-ups about your inquiry.

2. How you opt in

You consent to receive our text messages by any of the following:

• Checking the SMS-consent box on our property-inquiry form at mauiijacksonsolutions.com.
• Sending us a text message first.
• Giving us your phone number and verbal or written permission to text you.

By opting in, you authorize MauiiJackson Solutions LLC to send text messages to the phone number you provided, including messages sent with an automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of that phone number, and you agree to notify us if you give up or change the number.

3. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving a cash offer or of any purchase or sale of property, goods, or services. If you prefer, we can handle your entire inquiry by phone or email.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and transaction — typically a handful of messages around your offer and any closing, not a fixed recurring schedule.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, per your mobile carrier’s plan. We do not charge for text messages, and we do not bill through your carrier.

6. Opting out (STOP)

Text STOP to any message from us at any time to opt out. Replies of END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE also work. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which we will send no further texts. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (239) 893-7771. Opting out of texts does not withdraw permission to contact you by phone or email if you asked us to.

8. Messaging hours

We aim to send text messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone, consistent with Florida law.

9. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message services that deliver our messages.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date.
