In some cases, we may still be able to purchase your land even if there are liens or back taxes owed. In all cases those are subtracted from your net earnings – that way you do not need to come out of pocket (of course with your consent.)

After we have closed the deal and the title company has received the necessary paperwork, they will issue payment for your land. You will receive your funds via standard check, overnight check, or wire transfer, depending on your preference.
