    Process
    1. We will come to a mutually agreed purchase price.
    2. Everyone will sign the Purchase Agreement electronically using DocuSign.
    3. Our team will inspect the land to ensure that we can proceed with our offer.
    4. A title search is conducted to ascertain the existence of any liens or taxes owed.
    5. The title company will provide the necessary closing documents to you for notarization.
    6. Upon completion of the transaction and the receipt of the closing documents, you will receive the funds via standard check (7-10 days), overnight check, or wire transfer.
